Notes: The two took a ladder off their flaming house and since they didn't have a working car they carried it with their phys-gun and used it to climb into my base.

I hereby agree, this is a legitimate ban request provided with legitimate evidence and understand if caught editing/modifying any evidence may lead to me being punished.

We allow people to RP ladders it's even in the rules. They must have it on cars before they get to location. and they can use grav gun to set it up.
So if they had it on a car before they can technically carry it to the house next door.
